Our agenda keeps filling up with new events and chances to meet each other! Here's where you may find us in the upcoming weeks:
- Open house in Portugal - From March 21st to 23rd, two of our Specialized Technicians and one of our Area Sales Manager are attending Marjos-Equipamento Industriais' open house "Inside Action" in its headquarters in Vila do Conde, along with a Venus V5 CNC-machining center.
- Open day in Poland - on Saturday, March 23rd, Deta Polska is hosting an open day from 10 am to 3 pm. Main character of the event? A Poker V5, not only one of our lathes, but also one of the most requested models!
- Salone del Mobile - Salone del Mobile is a not-to-be-missed event for furniture and design in Italy: that's why we decided to open our GREDA Lab from April 16th to 19th!
- Xylexpo 2024 - We look forward to meet again in Milan during the 28th edition of Xylexpo! We are waiting for you at booth F12-G15, hall 3.

Customization and partnership are the two keywords that led to the design and production of a brand new Gantry Line model.
Along with HOMAG Canada, GREDA finalised an ambitious project for Bourassa Doors Inc., a customer that manufactures high-quality doors in Québec. It's a Gantry Line 7525 model with steel tables, aluminium adjustable benches and a main operating group equipped with a single electro-spindle plus a 12-position revolving tool-changing tool-stock.
As Bourassa itself writes on its website: "This machining center represents a significant technological progress: it is the largest 5-axis CNC in North America to be specially designed for door processing, whether it is small parts that require excellent quality or doors of non-standard size. GREDA offers unprecedented flexibility at all levels, while ensuring unparalleled efficiency and precision".
An ambitious project indeed, but at the same time a challenging project both for GREDA's and HOMAG Canada's teams, that contributed to the production of an exceptional CNC machining center.
September is always a restart point, an end-of-Summer New Year’s Eve.

- On September 13th and 14th we’re visiting DREMA, the international trade fair for machines, tools and components for the wood and furniture industries, in Poland;
- From September 14th to 17th we are joining Sinarmasindo at IFFINA – Indonesia Meubel & Design Expo (hall 3A, booth D26-27);
- On September 20th we are closing this events series with Stiles Machinery Open House, in North Carolina, when we are officially presenting Diva Miter during a seminar for the manufacturing of high quality 5-piece cabinet doors, face frames and more.

We presented Argo Doors only a few weeks ago, yet we’re ready with another huge news – let’s make it “double”: GREDA launches on the market a double head Argo CNC!
The 4016 FT model of Argo T2 is equipped with rexilon top double tables and two variable distance operative groups. Each head features a 5-axis unit with a single electro-spindle plus a 12-position rack-model tool-changer, a 26-independent-spindles boring unit and a tool setter for automatic tool length measurements.
The CNC allows to work in twin modality on the same table - in order to double the production of the same piece - or two different programs in each working area.

Argo range embraces a new model, especially designed for doors and jambs and able to process honeycomb doors.
Argo Doors is a 5-axis NC-machining center equipped with an AT table top, T-slots and adjustable aluminium benches, and provided with vacuum or clamping systems. The main operating group R1CU allows big removals and provides no less than 36 positions for tool changing.
The peculiarity of such Argo evolution – and that makes it different from Diva Doors, for example – consists in automatic positioning systems and a loading support with anti-scratch system that not only facilitate the operator’s activities, but reduce loading and positioning time, too.
An anuba hinges loader with additional side feeder, a tool-setter to adjust lengths and a 3D dynamic sensor that measures the workpiece complete Argo Doors’ configuration.

Zenit is a Gantry evolution CNC, enhanced and designed to process items of large dimensions. It features mechanics from above: standard configuration includes a powerful single electro-spindle 5-axis operating group. The CNC can be completely closed - also during work cycles - thanks to an accordion roof. It’s provided with retractable tool changers and a tool changer can be added. The wide working table is fixed and features a steel structure with rexilon top. Front opening can be manual or automatic. Materials: advanced and composite materials, aluminium, plastic, wood. Application fields: automotive, bent items, design, furniture, modelling and molding, technical items. Details

GREDA Lab 2022 on Xylon

The issue is focused on the growth, the strategies and the future possibilities of the business.

GREDA LAB
Greda annually organizes the Greda Labs: an event where the company opens its doors to customers and resellers, and not only to introduce the new technologies developed, as well as programming software that accompany the machining centers.
This event is enriched by tests and machine simulations of particularly trendy elements in the market, as well as seminars held by university professors who deal with cutting-edge topics to make the most of digital-based stereotomy for the wood and related sector.

Five days of technological seminars and demos on GREDA’s NC-machining centers, together with the sector’s specialists: GREDA Lab is back!
From November 8th to November 12th we’ll reopen the doors of GREDA’s headquarters and we’ll inaugurate the brand new showroom creating an incredible opportunity for training and networking.

We are pleased to announce our membership to Assocompositi, the Italian Industry Association for composite materials.
Starting from March 2024, our membership is part of a wider-perspective corporate strategy: our interest and intent to operate in advanced and composite materials markets that, for some years now, have let GREDA design and develop CNC-machining centers that are suitable for such application fields.
Our Assocompositi's membership - which promotes composites culture and protects markets and institutions' relationships - proves once again GREDA CNC-machining centers abilities of flexibility and customization, nowadays corporate distinctive traits.
This membership represents an important step to us as a symbol of growth and technical and technological specialization.
Change of roles for Acimall, the association of Italian manufacturers of wood and furniture technology: from Assago (Milan) headquarter where it is used to gather, the assembly approved the proposal previously presented by the last board of directors.
Luigi De Vito, general manager at Scm Group, and Marianna Daschini, GREDA CEO, leave their roles respectively as Acimall’s president and vice president. For the 2023-2026 term they are succeeded by Enrico Aureli, vice president at Scm Group, and Raphaël Prati, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Biesse.
After the first thankful words to the shareholders’ assembly for the given trust, Aureli congratulated the outgoing board of directors for the efficiency and the success guiding Acimall in the recent period.
A change of the association's board that is not going to affect the support and dedication that Marianna is going to ensure to Acimall and the ingoing directors.

SPIRIT CN, FOR 20 YEARS ON THE MARKET
For over 20 years we have been producing Spirit CN, a adaptable machine that is increasingly precise and characterized by high performance in terms of productivity.
SPIRIT CN is a mini machining center with two interpolated axes designed to perform head workings at 45°and 90° as well as working along one side of the piece (multiple mortising, milling and drilling) on doors , frames, as well as elements of chairs, doors, windows, in solid wood or coated MDF.
A compact machine that takes up little space in the factory and is very interesting for the American market characterized by a massive production of “cabinets”. Thanks to the action of our official dealer Stiles Machinery, we want to offer our best solutions to the needs of US customers.

FEBRUARY 22, 2021 – THE TRIPLE INTERVIEW OF THE DASCHINI’S FAMILY
For the 40th anniversary of Greda, we have organized a triple interview with the great protagonists of Mariano Comense’s company. The Daschini family with Nicola, Piero and Marianna answer to the questions that are sometimes funny and sometimes more serious and once again shows the great human resources that Greda has developed over the years.
Human resources but also great technology and presence on international markets and let’s not forget the great trust with historical suppliers and an intense and collaborative relationship with dealers and end customers.
