We are specialized in the manufacture of wood-working machinery (CNC-machining centers, NC-machining centers) for milling, shaping, copy-shaping, engraving on wood and wood-elements.

MITIKA - Data Sheet
MITIKA is an NC-machining center with 5 interpolating axes engineered specially to process turning operations on legs of chairs, tables and columns.

Besides the turning, Mitika executes milling, shaping, moulding and engraving on the pieces in just one working cycle at reduced working times, thanks to a NC-controlled piece loading/unloading system.

The piece clamping is carried out by a full NC-controlled and interpolating rotating divisor (lathe system) that allows a free and quick machining of the piece.

The special sturdy uprising structure allows heavy removal, thanks to the oversizing of the electro-spindles.

Mitika is available in different configurations and sizes in order to allow working operations on elements up to 2500 mm of lenght and 600 mm diameter.

On request, Mitika is available with an NC-controlled loading/Unloading device equipped with two saw-blades for the end-cutting of the pieces.
