Sirio is range of NC-machining centres especially engineered for those customers who requires a flexible machine that can fulfil market demands featured by volatile trends.

The field of application is wide and encloses the panel, solid-wood, plastic and aluminium sectors, making of Sirio a fully versatile NC- machining centre.
For this purpose Greda has focused particularly on quality of Sirio: rigid and reinforced structures, selected components, severe quality control inspection.
The NC-machining centres have been engineered to be long-lasting, even for an intense and hard machining without compromising the performances.
With the range Sirio, Greda does not aim to offer standard and ready-to-sell solutions but to propose models, configurations and equipment in order to enable customers to tailor an NC-machining centre according to their needs:

Models

Sirio 5A features a bi-rotative head with a 16 Hp electro-spindle, 12 position tool-changer and a 11-spindle boring unit. The "C" axis allows the operating head to rotate +/- 220° and the "A" axis to to tilt +/- 110°. On request, the rotative axes can be endless.
Sirio NC-machining centres complies with safety and environmental rules and they are standard equipped with safety perimeter grid and sensible footboards.

Table configuration

Sirio is available with router table (FT) or with adjustable panel supports complete with suction cups (AT).

Extra equipment

On request Sirio can be equipped with special multi-spindle drilling units, cutting units, clamping devices and fix and tilting angular aggregates. It is also possible to install loading/unloading systems, dust extraction and chip expulsion devices.
