FIDA/TP - double end-cutting, boring and shaping machine - has been engineered to satisfy specific working requirements of the mass production.FIDA/TP executes end-cutting, boring and shaping oparations on chair, table and general furniture components.
The working operations of the two operating units are independent and can be single selected or differently combined.
The operating units rotate from 0° to 90° and tilt up to 25°. One of them is controlled by a gear motor that allows a quicker longitudinal adjustment.
The cutting and the boring units are controlled by pneumatic cylinders whereas the shaping units by pneumatic cylinders with hydraulic brake.
On request, FIDA/TP can be equipped with a hopper feed, digital read-outs, vertical and horizontal boring units and an electronic axes positioner.
