We have been manufacturing for over 20 years machinery and CNC-machining centers for the furniture industry and interior decoration. We are specialized in the manufacture of CNC-machining centers and machinery to execute NC-controlled wood-working operations on material such as wood, Corian, plastic, polystyrene and fibreglass.POKER - Data Sheet
POKER has been engineered to execute all the working operations usually executed by traditional machines on elements of chairs, tables, beds and furniture: such as boring, end-cutting, mortising, tenoning, shaping, milling sanding and so on...
The standard Poker is equipped with 4 working units:
n. 1 end cutting unit
n. 1 right shaping unit with cutter shaft H= 100 mm
n. 2 electro-spindles, 5 HP each and max rotation speed 18.000 rpm
The 2 stationary tables allow to work in a commuter cycle through quick and safe loading/unloading operations. Moreover the 2 tables can be used together to machine very long pieces.
Clamping devices
On request the working tables can be equipped with special rotation and feeding devices among which:
Automatic 4-8 position divisor
This divisor allows the piece rotation and to work on the 8 faces of the piece in one working cycle. Divisors upto 16 positions are available.
Flipping table 0-90°
This divisor allows the working operation on two faces of the piece and it is suitable to execute working operation on back chair legs.
Automatic Hopper feeder
This NC-controlled device complete with divisor allows the automatic piece loading/unloading.
Additional working units
On request Poker can be equipped with an additional working unit among which:
- Sanding unit with oscillating movement to optimize the use of the sandpaper.
- Multi-operating working unit complete with 5.5 HP electro-spindle.
- Shaping unit with left and right rotation.
- Rotating group 0-90° with double outlet for side boring.
